"When I was first given the assignment to re-pin and re-caulk the entire complex I felt that this was an extremely difficult challenge. Your crew actually finished two months ahead of our schedule. This is truly an accomplishment considering the building height of 27 stories, the fact that we had to drill and pin at nights/weekends and could only work on one elevation at a time.
The coordination and communication from your office and your field crew to Prudential was excellent. I knew every move and drop the crew was making. Communication with Charlie McGready, your foreman, and myself was excellent.
